Experience
As a former director at Kaplan tutoring, I not only oversaw the training of tutors but did tutor our students myself. I specialzed in creating personalized lesson plans and a motivational environment that fosters growth. I specialize in grades k-8 reading, writing, and BCR. I conduct a diagnostic assessment for each student to determine skill strength and weaknesses. Futhermore, I make learning fun!
